Some guests have mentioned that the entrance to the hotel is located next to a tire shop and motorscooter shop, which may be off-putting for some.

The staff at La Villa Des Orangers - Relais & Chateaux were incredibly helpful in finding excellent drivers for our trips to the mountains and the sea. They made sure we had the best experience. The fresh orange juice, fresh baked breads, and cooked-to-order eggs for breakfast were a delightful treat.
In terms of drawbacks, I found it frustrating to have to lie on the floor to open the safe. There were also no available plugs except behind furniture, which made it difficult to charge our devices.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the spa and wellness center exceeded our expectations, offering massages and beauty treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a garden area was a perfect spot for relaxation. the restaurant provided delicious buffet breakfast and dinner options. In addition, our private facilities were exclusive and advantageous. the hotel's service was impeccable, with friendly and accommodating staff always ready to assist.
The only minor issue was the size of the room, which was smaller than expected. However, it was well-appointed, with high-end amenities and beautiful decor, making up for the lack of space.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and they gave us complimentary gingerbread cookies and a glass of champagne upon arrival. The location is great as it's near all the major tourist spots and local restaurants. Loved the heated pool, it was perfect for the cold weather during our stay.
The service was quite slow and the staff wasn't very attentive. Our room wasn't properly cleaned and restocked with toiletries during our stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all of our needs were met. The location was perfect, close to attractions but still away from the hustle and bustle. We also enjoyed the delicious food at both breakfast and dinner.
The rooms, although nicely decorated, seemed a bit dated and could use some renovation. The bathroom in particular had some issues, such as a loose faucet and poor ventilation.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff showed exceptional care and warmth, making me feel truly special. They were particularly concerned about my restrictive diet and made sure I was well-fed. The breakfast team deserves a special mention for their outstanding service. The hotel's interiors and gardens were exquisite, creating a beautiful ambiance. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions and right in the center of the old city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the pools and parking, were excellent.
Could not be improved in any way.
